7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). We have concluded
a contract with concluded a contract with Google for the processing of order data and fully implement the strict
DSGVO requirements in full when using Google Analytics. Google uses Cookies.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually
transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information on our behalf
for the purpose of evaluating the use of our online online offer by users, to compile reports about the activities
within this online offer and to compiling reports on the activities of users within the online offer and to provide other
services associated with the use of the internet to us. In the process, pseudonymous usage profiles of the
users can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated. This means that the IP address of the user
will be transmitted by Google within member states of the European Union or in other States party to the
Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exception, the full IP address will be transmitted
to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser will not
be merged with any other data from Google.

Users can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser software.
Users may also refuse the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the
online offer to Google and the processing of this data by Google. By downloading the browser plugin available

Mobile users additionally have the option of an OptOut for the storage of cookies.

9. Plugins and tools

DISQUS - Comment Platform

For the comment function e.g. to blog posts this site uses the DISQUS platform. DISQUS is
an online platform for sharing public comments, where users can sign up and create profiles
to participate in conversations with like-minded people and enjoy an interactive experience.

When you post comments on blog posts and create a profile for them, you are using DISQUS.
This means that your profile data and IP address will be transmitted to this company and will be
stored on the servers of this company in the USA. The provider of this site has no influence
on this data transfer.

You can avoid this by not creating a user profile at DISQUS. The DISQUS privacy information

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts from Google for the uniform display of fonts.
When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in
order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, however, the browser you are using does not connect to the servers of Google,
but instead accesses the servers of Worldsoft in Switzerland. Google does not gain knowledge
that your IP address has been used to access our website. Worldsoft however, becomes aware
of your IP address when you use the website. The handling of your IP address is described
in point 1, paragraph 2 of this privacy policy.

Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your standard font will be used
by your computer.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is
Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a
contact form) is made by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose
reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This
analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis
reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the
website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during
the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that
that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate
interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600
Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This
information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The
provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers
and in making it easy to find the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate
interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
